Devin was amazing to greet me and was very Pleasant also checked up on me to make sure the room is OK after a few minutes of staying I realized that the trains were right behind me the next morning. I did call to see if I can do a room change two ladies at the front desk to say that they will call me unfortunately they never did but when I called, they did confirm that there was nothing they could do to move me They did offer earplugs and were also very pleasant. I also spoke with Vitali, who was able to extend my check out. I was also very pleasant. Of course the breakfast is always a good touch. Parking was a bit challenging on the street, but they do have a parking lot that I didn’t realize that was attached to the building. I would definitely stay here again.

I checked in at 2am. A man abruptly woke me 6 hrs later by opening my door at 815am for cleaning. When I reported the situation to the front desk, rather than offer a sincere apology and to cover my room, they said they'd have to see security footage to confirm my experience was true. For the exhaustion of broken sleep, the shock of a male cleaner seeing me half undressed, and for being told my experience wasn't real unless they reviewed security footage: they offered a late check out. I loved the view from the room and found it to be very clean; I wanted to be able to recommend this place - but I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel due to the strange service and hostile customer relations. I won't get into the feelings - I'll leave you to imagine how you'd feel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Brooklyn Sunset Park and would absolutely recommend it.||The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout my stay. Common areas, hallways, and my room were consistently spotless, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The breakfast each morning was also a great bonus — fresh, well stocked, and with a good variety of options to start the day.||I want to especially recognize Linda, the Guest Service Agent, who was absolutely amazing. She was professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful. She made me feel genuinely valued as a guest, and her customer service truly stood out.||I would also like to acknowledge the evening facilities staff member (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name). He was always polite, friendly, and smiling. On

I chose this hotel because there's a fridge and microwave in the rooms. The rooms are very clean with very soft bedsheets. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job daily. The bathroom is modern with spa-like showers, although the water pressure could be a bit more powerful. My only complaint is the noise. My first night there I thought the hotel was haunted or something, lol! There was a fireescape door next to my room on the 5th floor that kept making an opening and closing sound the entire night, not to mention the cemetery is nearby, but I guess someone complained because I didn't hear the noise the other nights. The staff talk very loud on the floors and soundproofing is non-existent; they need to be a bit more mindful. The train tracks are right next to the hotel, but the train co

Positive: The value was very good. The room was nice, just enough for me being alone. I liked that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I liked the complementary breakfast in the morning. Three minute walk to the subway station. Negative: The neighborhood looked a little seedy - kind of industrial. But I felt safe walking to and from the subway station. Otherwise I have no complaints about my stay.
