Holiday Inn Express Hilton Head Island by IHG

This hotel for the price is wonderful. The girls at the front desk are great. Service is great. Rooms were immaculate. It was great. Breakfast was a little little under average but you know it was a free brea kfast so everything was good. You'd enjoy it if you stayed here.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Here are my thoughts: What I liked: * The hotel has been newly renovated, and the rooms are clean. * It's conveniently located within easy walking distance to the beach, which is a huge plus. * The pool area is nice and well-maintained. * The breakfast offered was quite good, with a variety of options to choose from. What I didn't like: * The booking confirmation listed the address as "2 Tanglewood Drive," which led me to an abandoned structure with the name "Holiday Inn Express" on it. The actual address is "10 Tanglewood Drive." This discrepancy was frustrating and should be corrected. * There's a daily parking fee of USD 10, which feels unnecessary given the high room rates and the availability of free public beach parking ju

We stayed here for a single night recently. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. It far exceeded our expectations. And that was to a large extent due to warm welcome and the friendly reception we received as we were checking in. Credit for our experience goes to the kind lady who served us. The smile and attitude of Ms Sonia King set the tone for the rest of our stay. Sonia deserves special recognition for being an outstanding Ambassador for IHG as also particularly the Holiday Inn Express at Hilton Head Island.||||The bedroom was adequately sized and well furnished. This stay was average overall, with some positives and some notable frustrations. Check-in staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was decent, though on the smaller side. The location is a big plus—very close to the beach, which made getting around easy and convenient. Unfortunately, the experience was impacted by extremely loud neighbors with multiple children who were very disruptive in the evening, both in the hallway and in their room. Noise was a significant issue during the stay. The included breakfast was decent and met expectations for a Holiday Inn Express. EV charging was available on-site, which was appreciated, but execution was lacking. The staff were nice. We had a leak in our room from the balcony door and the ground and our was soaking wet. The housekeeping was also very loud and were vacuuming at 8:00am during quiet hours. Not what you want to wake up to while you are on vacation.
