Oh my goodness. What a great find. The staff was incredible. Kind, helpful and compassionate(we were there because we had issues with our heat at home and live locally). Everything was very clean and organized. Pool area was well maintained. If we had to find one complaint, it was that we had breakfast later on Saturday and the bacon was gone(we probably could've asked for more but didn't want to be a bother, there were so many other great options). If my heat isn't fixed today, I will happily go right back. 😊 Seriously, every single person working the front desk was very happy, pleasant and nice. My shy daughter even felt comfortable enough to ask Brandon to get into the pool area the last night.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve stayed at.|WiFi doesn’t work, phone doesn’t work, room is very small, broken hook and run down bathroom, pool is tiny and water is murky, jacuzzi doesn’t jet but only with stale hot water. There is only one person working at the front desk so you have to wait in line for anything and everything. You can’t get into the pool area without a staff swiping you in, and there are no towels in there unless you go tell the front desk in your wet bikinis.||The worst of all, it’s so loud and noisy at night that it’s impossible to sleep. The hotel is located off a busy high way but is also right next to a gas station, loud motorcycles and muffling sound all night long, even if you fall asleep you can still be awake by the awful sound. I like to sleep with fresh air (

Positive: The breakfast options were adequate. Negative: The walls were paper thin so we could hear too much noise from surrounding rooms. We asked to be moved to the top floor, which we were, but that room had dirty bedspreads, broken floor tiles, and at least a couple lady bugs in the room

Bed was hard as a rock. The people in the room next to mine were partying all night and being loud blasting music and watching movies. I stayed at this holiday inn for a business trip before returning home to Florida. I got the worst sleep in my life here! I was probably better off just sleeping in my car on the highway rest stop. I wasted $300.00 dollars on my credit card from the horrible experience. Please advise management. Thank you!

Loved it. 1st of all the reception person Isaac was a lovely young man, very professional, welcoming and charismatic. The hotel itself is very bright and airy. The breakfast is complimentary and let me tell you that breakfast was amaxing bc they put out a variety, and large amount of items. LOTS of food and variety. That hotel breakfast area was packed with guest. The indoor pool and hot tub area looked fun and enjoyable. I went with my family and according to them they slept heavenly however, and unfortunately, my room, tho it was pretty & clean and blah blah blah 😑 that mattress needs to be thrown out the window. We woke up feeling deformed and in pieces, completely discombobulated. That mattress has to be 60 years old. THE WORST MATTRESS EVER!!!!! And for the price I paid. I wish
