Best Western Fishkill Inn & Suites

Room was good. Bed was OK,the mattress needs to be replaced as it has a dip on the sleeping side. I love it has a full fridge and oven. I used the oven to reheat some carry out. I didn't use the service so I can't taste it. The breakfast was OK. I'll definitely stay here again if I get up this way.

Evelyn Contreras, Miguel Martinez and Gloria were working when my family checked in. They were all excellent workers and treated us with great hospitality and respect. They made our stay wonderfully enjoyable even though we were in town for a funeral (which went very well as far as funerals go, but still, a sad occasion). Their first-class service brought a bright light to our day, a smile to our faces and warmth to our hearts. Thank you all so much!

We stay at his hotel often as we have family that live in the area. We keep on returning because hands down it is the best value we have found in the area. The hotel consists of several buildings, each having about 4 rooms. The rooms are like small apartments with full kitchens, a living area with a couch and a sleeping area. While the rooms are a little dated everything is very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the staff more than make up for it. We have found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. They greet you with a friendly smile and are willing to help with any request you may have. Positive: Location. Negative: Dishwasher was loaded with dirty dishes. Carpet Staples sticking out. Cold draft from doorway. Washer and dryer did not function. Well, clothes still wet after drying.

I just wanted to take a moment to share the wonderful experience I had at BW Fishkill during my stay from January 1st to January 4th. This trip was a much-needed quick getaway from NYC with my daughter and our dog, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We stayed in room 114, which was not only accessible for my daughter but also incredibly spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, and the premises were immaculate. It's evident that the team takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The location is also terrific as it is close and even walking distance to different restaurants and Walmart. I'm thrilled to say that we've already booked a return stay, and we can't wait to come
