Holiday Inn Express Chillicothe East

Clean, spacious room. Seems to be fairly recently renovated. Fairly quiet even being right by the stairwell. Location is easy to find, close to a lot of food options and shopping. Biggest downsides were the obnoxiously loud in room AC unit and the pillows were terrible so bring your own. All in all just minor gripes for a pretty good hotel experience.

What a lovely stay! From Emily and the wonderful cleaning crew, to Elsa, the sweetest breakfast host, Kristine the kind custodian, and Courtney along with the friendly front desk staff—everyone made my stay truly enjoyable. We had a house fire and needed somewhere to stay. Holiday Inn Express took us in last minute and made our stay very comfortable. Their beds are extremely comfortable as we spent our first night in another hotel brand where we got no sleep due to the condition of their mattresses. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious and had a nice selection for different dietary needs. The room was immaculately clean. I would most definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife and I drove in late on Saturday evening. Booked a room online while driving towards the area. Arrived real late after being up since 7AM. Walked in through side entrance and couldn't be happier. Hallways crisp and clean. Room with no lingering odors. Everything in the room was clean and tidy. Spotless!! Comfortable, and quiet. Exactly what your looking for when your tired.

Stopped here while traveling. Easy on and off the highway. Some good restaurants within a couple of miles. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable.
