Beautiful section of the park. It is the trailhead for some trails, has the Covid-19 Pandemic Memorial Grove, scenic overlook,shelter house and restrooms.
Nice quiet small park, tons of trails available for hiking and a Frisbee golf course. Several shelter houses and a small campground with no utilities whatsoever. Great view of the night sky and Chillicothe.
Excellent FREE campground! Lots of nearby trails. Not too crowded when I went.

First time here today and we did the yellow trail. Pretty good hill to climb up and back down, not for the light hearted. It is a pet friendly place! Also you can ride your horse, watch out for the "deposits." We plan on coming back to try out the other trials on a later date
