Christopher Inn & Suites

I would say the room was nice , we had executive suite with balcony . The breakfast was good . The part where they get a low rating is we were above that pool and it echos right to your room . I called down at 1015 pm on Saturday and was told by front desk they aren’t allowed to tell the ones in the pool to be quiet or lower their voices . It’s one thing to talk but another when the screaming went on form 830- after midnight . I didn’t get to sleep till probably 1am and it woke up my grandson 4 times due to it being so loud. It’s called a little respect and that front desk could of told them to quiet down or we could of been told hey that room inside at night but no because they wanted the money because we paid extra for the suite . The front desk lady said we ask they kids don’t go to poo

We recently stayed here during the winter storm Fern for a family funeral. The staff could not have been more accommodating or understanding. They provided areas for our family to meet, eat and gather during our stay, over 30 people. They were sympathetic, caring and this was consistent from the GM to the housekeeping staff, especially all of the front desk, maintenance and breakfast staff. They made this a special trip for all ages, great Uncles down to great grandchildren. Thanks so much. It was clean and comfortable.

Stopped here on our travels and above average. Kristen checked us in and was very pleasant. Located our room near the lovely large pool and hot tub. Room nothing fancy but very clean with good mattress. Breakfast was above average and kept tidy by a very attentive hostess. Has a family-owned feel, which it is. We were so impressed we changed plans and made a reservation for our return trip.

Positive: Staffing Negative: No elevators, so pain lug stuff up stairs.

I picked this over others because it is family owned but the reviews about noise from the highway is no joke. This hotel is super close the freeway and if you are on the odd number room side you will hear the highway. The breakfast is above average for a hotel free breakfast and that we found very pleasant, clean and attended well. Other than the noise the location is great and the rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.
