Holiday Inn Express Boston - Saugus by IHG

The location is perfect near plenty of shopping centers and Restaurants. The complementary buffet breakfast is amazing, especially for a hotel breakfast. The fact they have a parking garage is definitely a plus. The customer service is top-notch. They are super friendly and accommodating. I also love the fact that you can get coffee or hot chocolate in the middle of the night.

This hotel offers excellent value for money! Despite its affordable price, both the room facilities and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out processes were quick. For budget-conscious travelers, this is definitely an ideal choice.

The hotel is on a 4 lane divided road woth crazy traffic so getting in and out of the parking lot can be chaotic. However the employee at check in was amazing! Our room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty typical for a Holiday Inn Express but it was all fresh and hot.

We used this hotel as a base to visit Boston and its surrounding for few days. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to answer our questions. Our room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary things. Dove products are a nice touch. Bed and pillows amongst the most comfortable ones we’ve found in our trip to New England. Breakfast was good and varied. Everything was clean and well-kept. There’s a laundry machine and dryer on each floor that you can use 24/7.

Frequent traveler, first time reviewer. The staff here are incredible. We stay here every time we fly out of Logan for an early flight. No matter who is greeting my girlfriend and I, we are always greeted with a smile, loyalty recognition, kindness and a nice stay. The rooms are wicked clean & the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is always good in the morning and the breakfast girls are great too. I left my iPad and some cash in the room during our last stay and before I knew I had even left it, the hotel was calling me to let me know housekeeping had found my stuff. They kept it for me until I returned to Boston to pick it up. Really great property & people.
