I would have loved to give a higher rating. Hate to be kind of negative, but some of the issues we experienced were uncalled for. The rooms were basically clean, except some of the linens and towels were stained. Either they were changed or were cleaned properly. Especially in one room where some of the towels were damp and stained. Possibly an oversight for not being changed. In one room the sheets had stains, hair and debris on one of the beds. Again probably from not being changed or cleaned properly. The location was good and close to many roadways. The staff were pleasant for the most part. The rooms were basically clean, except for the few issues. I guess sometimes you get what you pay for.

Room was clean but the bed was horrible. Nothing comfortable about it. Me and my girlfriend woke up with extremely bad back pain.The pillows were extremely thin and cheap. The towels were clean but you could see yellow stains and discoloration. They apparently should be tossed or use better detergent.The shower gel and shampoo was already opened like the person who had the room prior use them and they never replaced them. The location was off this busy loud highway where the cars are speeding all night.Not a peaceful night sleep. So pack your ear plugs.I really regret booking this place through Booking.com. Don’t like to give negative reviews, but sometimes you have to bring things to light. Although were basically and the staff pleasant, there was an issue with the cleanliness of the beds, linens and towels. The beds had hairs and other debris on them. The linens and towels had various stains on them. Some of the towels still felt damp, hopefully from being washed and not from not being changed. The location was good. It was near a roadway that can get you to where you are going. If the hiccups mentioned didn’t arise, the rating would be higher.

Do you want a shower that doesn't work? Do you want a comfortable bed? How about a lamp or two? No? This is the place for you!! Iasked for 5 pillows and got the standard 4 in my king suite. This place is the worst, stay elsewhere, anywhere else!

I don't know if these guys are still in business or what. Hotels in the Boston area are crazy in October and this one seemed cute and affordable, had decent reviews and the location was good for me, and they had a better rate through their own website, so i booked there.||I made an online reservation, but realized a couple of days later that I had not received any kind of email confirmation. So I filled out their online form... with no response. Then I sent an email a couple of days later... with no response. Then I tried calling the hotel and the phone rolled over to a system, but not one where i could leave a message (It wanted me to put in a passcode as if I were a user on their system).||I would have liked to try this place, but gave up. Now I'm hoping they don't charge my card.
