Avalon Motel

So my boyfriend and I get a room every weekend usually at the red roof inn which is on the same St. You have to have a credit card to keep on file, they don't accept cash, and they charge a $50 dollar deposit. We would book the room on booking.com so it would be about 97$, not including the deposit. I know this isn't a red roof inn review but I want to mention the differences: very clean, modern, very warm room in the winter don't need to crank heat to warm room up we needed the ac to cool down, the shades didn't let the light in in the morning, I personally love how the room stays dark and not knowing what time it is in the morning, smart tv/ no issues with the t.v or Wi-Fi, couldn't hear any body through the rooms, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker available. On booking.com my bf saw A

This place sucks. Dirty, noisy, has mices in rooms, yes i saw one while i was there, i love mices but they don't belong in a motel you pay 130 dollars a night.

Perfect for what I need, a nice clean room while i'm traveling, i enjoyed my stay! I'd return back here on my next trip through. I like to find these type of small, family run motels, which are within my budget and are clean and safe. Very nice Night Manager also, he helped me with anything I needed!

Really bad place Dirty the bed was dirty all the sheets where dirty First they gave me a room with hair on the bathroom walls and pee inside toilet and dirty towels they had bad attitude when i told them NO GOOD PLACE

Filthy dirty and nobody in the office to address problems and no ice machine. I wouldn't stay in this former homeless shelter if it was free!!! Don't worry about visiting them I would suggest going elsewhere asap!!!
