Holiday Inn Express Amherst - Lockport by IHG

Great hotel. Stayed for a hockey tournament. Close to several rinks we played at. Quiet building. The pool was clean and warm. The breakfast was great, so many options each day. Only issue was a slippery parking lot. If staying here visit the new york beer project across the road. The food was amazing.

This hotel was our perfect end destination to our overnight stay. We arrived at 1AM and were greeted by an efficient friendly front desk clerk. Our room was beautifully clean and comfortable. The next morning we had a delicious breakfast with a huge variety of food. Most of all, every single staff member was helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this hotel if traveling to Buffalo.

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out.....everything was perfect! We had to extend our stay for three days due to airline changes and everything went smoothly! The breakfast buffet was great. Different products each day (although they should do biscuits and gravy more often..lol) so the variety was good. Bagels, donuts, oatmeal, pancakes and eggs were always available. Sausage, french toast sticks, bacon, biscuits/gravy were rotated. The dining room staff was super accommodating and friendly. If you need anything, just ask! They were continually cleaning the area keeping it in super condition. Our housekeepers were awesome! We opted not to have our room cleaned every day and they were great about making sure we had extra coffee etc. Couldn't ask for

This hotel is a hidden gem! The staff checking in, the breakfast staff and room cleaning staff all were fabulous! Every staff member we encountered was kind and caring. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The view from our room was exceptional, peaceful and inspirational. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature!

Clean beds, and rooms. Showers were nice and large and it was located pretty well in town, no exciting views to speak of but that's okay. Only negative is the continental breakfast (6-10 am est), wasn't vary varied during our stay.
