Hampton Inn Lockport - Buffalo

It's a great location, very close to shops and excellent areas for couples to go out to eat. The rooms are super clean and the towels have lovely designs; everything was incredibly clean, 10/5! The breakfast area was organized and clean, and the front desk receptionist, Sasha, was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

I don't know about all the recent bad reviews because ours was absolutely fantastic! Our recent stay was nothing short of perfect. The staff were exceptionally nice and went out of their way to be accommodating for our hockey team, making our visit incredibly smooth and enjoyable. We were very impressed by how super clean everything was, and the new rooms were a delight. Plus, the beds were so comfortable – exactly what our team needed after intense games! We'll definitely be back.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn for a couple of days, and my experience was excellent. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. A special mention to the Manager, Ms. Patel, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. She made sure everything was well taken care of during my stay and truly represented great hospitality. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I could see that the entire team worked hard to maintain a high standard of service. I also happened to witness an incident that was later misrepresented in another review. We have been trying to get some information on booking blocks for our wedding next year. We have left 5 messages and one email in over a month for the manager to call us back, even asking for them directly and was told we would receive a call back within a day. Still haven’t heard anything back.
