Holiday Inn Concord Downtown, an IHG Hotel

It's been completely renovated inside and is now a Doubletree Hilton. Very nice renovation and a good value! VERY comfortable beds, lots of pillows and the room was immaculate! A great location on North Main Street in Concord, NH. And lots of fabulous boutique shops and great restaurants on Main St. I highly recommend staying here. Concord is a great city to visit!

We stayed here. Everything was nice and clean! The breakfast, however, at the Holiday Inn express has gone downhill! It is less than mediocre. The rooms are great and the shower is great and everything is clean. This Holiday Inn is in a very good central location as well.

My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Concord for 2 nights last weekend while visiting family. On the morning after our first night's stay, I noticed that the toilet was not flushing properly. I tried flushing it a few times and then it began to overflow. We called h the front desk, and the response time was fantastic for the cleanup, but they didn't actually fix the toilet., We had a time commitment and really needed to shower and get ready to leave. I was told they had a full house and that there was no room to switch us to. It was suggested we use the locker rooms, but I did not feel that was suitable. After insisting, we were given a room key to an unoccupied room so that we could shower while they fixed the toilet. Unfortunately, the toilet was not fixed and continued to incomple

I was staying at the holiday Inn for my daughters wedding. Location is the best, but the room was disappointing. Specifics: I couldn't shower due to clogged drain. The staff responded quickly, but the chemicals used to unclogged the drain needed to sit for several hours before we could shower. Ended up checking out with no shower. Towel rack on wall taped in and kept coming off wall. The room was not cleaned well. The faucet was full of splashes from residues underneath. Cleaning was like a quick over. Initially, I told staff I wouldn't write a review hoping they would adequately respond. All I got from the front desk was they were renovating. Still have not received a response even after indicating on the survey I would like to be contacted. I hope this is isolated as I have stayed at H

Great location. Prompt courteous check in. I wouldn’t describe the room has modern but was actually better than I had anticipated. The challenge is the walls are paper thin: hence a chat in the room adjacent is a chat in your room. Thankfully in my case the neighbors turned in early. Phew.
