Best Western Concord Inn & Suites

The front desk staff succeeded in making a great first impression as we were checking in; we received excellent customer service throughout our short stay from staff members VICTORIA, CHARLEIGH, and FRANKY. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was better than expected: a variety of delicious selections which we thoroughly enjoyed. We had the opportunity to express our thanks to Manager LEON, and informed him that we would definitely stay there again whenever we are back in the area.

Nice location, not far from downtown. I didn’t use gym or pool, but they were available. Check-in and check-out were simple.

I stayed at the Best Western Concord and unfortunately felt it was extremely overpriced for what you get. At best, this is a two star experience, yet the rates were comparable to what I typically pay for four and five star hotels, which felt very misaligned with the quality of the stay. The room itself had a noticeable smell that reminded me of water and cigarette smoke, which made it hard to feel fully comfortable. Overall, the property felt more like a basic roadside motel than a hotel charging premium prices. That said, the staff was genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful, and they were the best part of the experience. If I could go back, I would stay closer to the airport or in nearby areas where there appear to be newer, higher quality hotel options at more reasonable prices. I lear

I brought my son and his best to stay at the best western for his bday I called to confirm and they upgraded our room and decorated the room with out me asking thank you so much for making my sons birthday even more special and unforgettable. I’ll definitely will be back ❤️❤️

Fairly easy on and off to location.The staff is very friendly. Shout to Charlie....Great front desk clerk. Rooms are good size and ours had refrigerator, microwave with large counter and sink.( other than bathroom).Beds were clean an comfortable enough.Exercise room and good pool and soa area Breakfast is offered
