Holiday Inn Columbus - Hilliard by IHG

I recently did a wedding block here and coordinated everything with Heather. My experience was beyond amazing! Heather goes above and beyond to accommodate any requests and she was so communicative across the many months of coordinating. Our guests loved the hotel and had only good things to say. We also found the price to be very fair! The hotel accommodated us doing welcome bags and handed them out to guests as they arrived. They also accommodated us doing a “greet and drink” at the hotel bar the night before the wedding which was a major hit. Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was so friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a wedding block in the area!

You always know what you’re gonna get with Holiday Inn. Everything is slightly above average. While it’s not a glowing review, a traveler can appreciate the reliability, no surprises, aspects of a hotel. Clean. Plenty of parking. Decent breakfast. Friendly service. The end.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed — from cozy bedding to high-speed Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and restaurants, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a wide variety of fresh options. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay

It may have been obvious to her that I needed some extra comfort on my stay, and she was accommodating without being asked. I’m probably a little biased because I’ve stayed in a bunch of dumpy hotels throughout my cross-country road trip. However, I’ve stayed in many upscale hotels before, and I must say that this one was a fabulous place to stay. I felt like I was in a luxurious 5-Star hotel. The design is contemporary and classy. The room was spotless, and more importantly, the surfaces were wiped down clean, so I didn’t fear catching some disease from contact. The coffee bar was well-stocked, and the provided toiletries (shampoo and soap) were reliable Dove brand products. The bed was comfy and felt like new, and there were plenty of fluffy pillows. The shower and bathroom were impeccable, and there was a surprising number of towels. Additionally, I felt very safe while I was here. The parking lot lighting
