Holiday Inn Chicago – Midway Airport S by IHG

I stayed for 1 night and can say it was one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at! Only issues I had was with the lighting in the bathroom and one of the outlets in my room. Other than that the staff was friendly, very helpful, and accommodating! They made my early check in process easy along with checking out! Beds and pillows were one of the more comfortable I’ve used. Wi-Fi and the tv were great I was able to connect my phone to the tv and watch what I wanted to watch! Overall I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again my next Chicago trip!

Needed a place to watch the Bears game, heard the wings were delicious, so decided to give it a go. The food was sooo good, the garlic parm wings had no right being so delicious. The beef nachos were great too! The overall vibe of the place was very beautiful, so many screens, you couldn't miss the game if you wanted to. The employees were awesome, Titi was AMAZING, literal superwoman status. She worked the bar alone and handled the high volume like a boss and kept the smile and vibe up while doing it, and Ronda managed the raffle, she was so sweet and friendly. Drinks were delicious. Definitely a new chill spot added to our list.

Dinner here rivaled a downtown restaurant. I ordered the Salmon. It was perfect. You have never had rice as good as this. Their chef walked out for a moment and I grabbed him just to get his name for a review. James. James feeding people is an act of kindness and the way you put your heart into the meal you cooked for me was nourishing in more ways than 1. MS. Day at the front desk smoothed out a situation with a bad travel agent for me while helping another customer with a problem on a 3rd party booking site. She put me up on like hotel industry info l never knew about why it's really better booking through IHG directly.✍️ highly recommend. The bartender was attentive. Some bartenders zone out when they are slow but Gabriele engaged and we had fun that night. I felt super welcome. Hous

A few things to note about this hotel. I want to make public notice that Level Hospitality came very close to the mark with location; customer service and housekeeping . However, I was over come by the molded carpet on both the main floor and in my room. No, the carpets was not extracted can’t use that one and in the restroom there was not hot water in the sink perhaps it was depleted or missed connection.

I stayed at this hotel for one night because it was close to the midway airport and the general manager Beth was absolutely awesome. I could not say enough about her, so if you have any difficulties or any problems or any questions, Beth is great, ask for her and also a shout out to Tanisha in the bar and food area, she was absolutely amazing as well. She was fun with great service, just good human beings at this hotel, I felt thankful! So it's worth the stay.
