Holiday Inn Bangor by IHG

Check in was prompt and the front desk employees were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean It was quiet so we had no problem with sleeping. Checking out was quick and easy and they made sure our time at the hotel was a pleasant one!! I will be staying at this hotel again in the future!!!

I don’t usually stay at a lot of Holiday Inns since they can be hit or miss, but this one turned out to be a good choice for a quick overnight on a work trip. The property itself is quite large and looks like it’s had a recent refresh.||My king room was very spacious — plenty of room to spread out with a big chair, desk with chair, plus a refrigerator, Keurig, and (a rare perk these days) a microwave in the room. The closet was a good size, and the bed was excellent — super comfortable with extra-large pillows (two firm and two plush) plus a mattress topper. Honestly, I slept incredibly well. The bathroom was clean and updated, though a little on the smaller side considering how big the room was — you do need to close the door completely to use the shower. Not a dealbreaker, just worth not

Stayed at the Holiday Inn in Bangor and was pleasantly surprised! The property is huge — you’ll definitely get your steps in walking the hallways — but everything was clean and well-kept. The staff were friendly, helpful, and really made the stay easy. They have a nice indoor pool and a decent workout room, even though I didn’t get a chance to use them. There’s a restaurant on-site (no room service), and while the food was about a 3 out of 5 overall, the pizza was actually really good — classic bar-style comfort food done right. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and everything felt well maintained. Overall, a good choice if you’re passing through Bangor and want something convenient, comfortable, and friendly. Free airport shuttle and breakfast!

My first experience, walking in was being greeted by the host in their smiles in willing to answer my questions about the area. Once entering the bedroom, it was a little outdated as far as the TV goes, but the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for storage, the mini fridge could’ve been a little bit bigger. Only problem we had with the bathroom was the shower valve was broken. You had to turn it a special way in order to get water to flow out of the shower, but the water was super warm. The bar attached to the Hotel is super amazing and the bartender was very friendly and the food was very good.

Well the room was clean, but it smelled like someone was cooking in there you could smell the grease. The AC unit wouldn't cool the room past 71 degrees so waking up all covered in sweat was nice. It's just an old motel that needs lots of updates. The gym next door was the only plus for 12 bucks a day. The breakfast isn't free you have to pay for it. Save your money and go to Dysarts and get a nice breakfast for the same price.
