Outdated but clean rooms. Bed was comfy. Staff its super friendly and accommodating. We live local, but like taking our grandkids here for a little staycation in the cold weather months . Pool and hot tubs, basketball and volleyball court to run on make it perfect for kids. Willy T’s restaurant on site is really fun. My only wish is they an a few newly updated rooms, I would gladly pay for that.

Positive: "" Negative: I extended my stay for a week but they made me switch rooms at a moments notice which was extremely inconvenient at the time this needed to be done. I've spent a great amount of money here.

The entire staff from check in to check out was amazing! Very helpful, kind and seemed to enjoy their positions. We always enjoy the pool area for a gathering place for our family. Plenty of towels, more than enough space for a variety of activity and visiting.

Comfortable beds, clean, pool and hot tub were great! Nice sitting areas with tables for hanging out as a group. We didn't have kids with but seeing how much fun other families were having it is a great destination for a family. Very nice having a good restraunt attached to the hotel.

I have been coming here all my life. Coming back as an adult I find it really bothersome that there are kids screaming in the pool before 8am. I understand this is a very family and child centered hotel, but when most of the rooms are right by the pool I think parents and hotel staff shouldn’t let these kids be that loud so early. I haven’t been to any hotel that opens the pool that early or allows people to be so loud in common areas before 10am. Besides that I love the rooms, and I love the accommodations here.
