Brophy Lake Resort

Our family had a blast spending 5 days at Brophy Lake resort. We stayed in cabin 3, and it was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. We loved the beach front of our cabin. The inflatables, kayaks, and paddle boards were a huge hit for the kids and very convenient. Fishing was a huge hit for the adults and the kids. The multiple doc spaces made it easy to park our boat right in site of our cabin. Biggest downfall of the trip was WEEDS. If you or your kids aren’t a fan of seaweed don’t expect to use the inflatables or swim off the shore to far. We will return, hoping they get the weeds under control!

4.5 stars. Quiet family oriented resort. Great location, fabulous beach/water area, relaxed atmosphere, responsive resort manager. Would love to do another mini family reunion there in a couple years. Good dock space if you bring your own boat. Kids had a blast and loved the story of the mermaid and “finding” some oysters with pearls.

We are first time visitors and absolutely loved our time at Brophy Lake Resort. Not only was it beautiful, but the accommodations were comfortable and clean and we felt totally taken care of. We already want to come back. Thank you for taking such great care of us and making our stay so wonderful!

Had a great mini family reunion staying in the heritage house. Awesome beach area with water activities (loved the kayaks). Nice docks available to park your boat and the boat launch is really convenient. Manager is laid back yet responds quickly. Kids loved the cute story about the mermaid in the lake and finding oysters (with pearls) 😉 Cabin was a bit tight for ten people (ceiling heights and stairs were a challenge for a tall family) and the charcoal grill needs replacing. Next time we will consider getting 2 smaller cabins instead. Quiet family oriented resort with a nice beach area for kids and great fishing for sunnies. 4.5 stars ⭐️

We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice outdoor areas around the cabin. Boat ramp is nice and close, and we were able to leave our boat tied up to the dock for several days which was nice. The hosts were very accomdating.
