For a $100 you expect some for of cleanliness, here WRONG!!!!! This place has mold nothing is clean. Me and my husband went to Florida for our honeymoon stayed here just cause we needed somewhere to lay our heads. When we open the sheets there was blood all over the bed, asked for another room and was given it, when we got to our second room it was worse the way mold and cigarette ash, beer caps. Don’t bother wasting you time on this place it’s horrible.

Jackie goes above and beyond to exceed expectations and is really top tier for customer service skills. Karla and Annie as well are amazing people and def make you feel welcomed

The hotel is a Decent price for the location. Rooms could use updating. Police like to hang out in the parking lot. Becky the dolphin has excellent customer service skills she is definitely needed at the front desk. She was so helpful and kind. And the refrigerator in the room wasn’t working properly so I called Becky and she sent the maintenance man Calvin over and he was there in minutes and was super friendly got the fridge switched out and my stay was good thanks to Becky and Calvin 🙂

Positive: The fact that staff at the front is super respectful, and always has a beautiful smile when I walk through the door. She helps a lot. Staff who does the parking lot is always nice and keeping the parking lot clean. Negative: ""

My first encounter with this property wasn't the greatest at first. I arrived early and explained to the gentleman Michael that I only had $60 on me he said that was fine. He then explained that if I waited another hour I would have the room for a full day an night vs check out at 11am. So I went an sat in my car for the hour, and it was pretty cold out that morning. So I wait the hour and head in to get the room. He then says to me "oh Im sorry I should have told you that there is a $50 deposit.". And basically shrugs his shoulders at me, and walks away. I was highly upset after just waiting in the cold for and hour only to be told oh well. I later went back and was greeted by Becky the dolphin, the lovely lady at the front desk.
