Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Walton Beach

If you are looking for a non-beach option in FWB, don't hesitate to to stay here. As of my review, the hotel is about 5 years old and stiil looks like they had the grand opening last week (minus the decorations and confetti). Staff is extremely friendly, in a great way (genuinely nice people)! The room had everything we could have asked for and then some. Probably the best night of sleep in a hotel for me in a long time. Breakfast was delicious and appreciated the 7am to 10am hours vs the earlier hours most hotels have that I frequented in the past. BONUS points, hot coffee in the lobby 24/7. For me it's the simple things and great customer service, and this place has it all. We will definitely stay there again should we need to in the future.

Staff is wonderful and hotel is very clean. Beautiful views. We ended up in ADA room, I privately shared a couple things we found. Will definitely stay here again. Also shout out to Christine! What a warm and wonderful welcome after 13hrs of driving. Because we had notified the hotel early in the day that we would be a late arrival. Christine already had keys and paperwork ready for us so all we had to worry about was getting up to our room to get some rest.

Stayed 6 nights while visiting family in town! Wonderful hotel!! Great hotel staff, front desk, housekeeping and maintenance. Great breakfast offered every day. Super clean hotel. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel was very nice. We had breakfast outside looking at the water. I asked for Gluten free options and Mary was so kind and helpful. My husband also loved the cold brew option. Our room and the entire hotel was clean and everyone was friendly.

Situated overlooking the bay, this beautiful hotel has the friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. There are several choices for breakfast that change from day to day, which is helpful for longer stays. The hotel is very pet friendly and the pet relief area is kept nice and clean. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we loved our time there, and highly recommend this place to others.
