Holiday Inn Resort Fort Walton Beach by IHG

My whole family stayed here for my daughter's wedding. We came in staggered depending on the number of days we were able to be here, and we're all accommodated fabulously. Unfortunately, we all were delayed from leaving because of the blizzard happening in New England. Sadly, this location had no availability to extend our stay. We had to move to another location, although it's nice here it's nothing like Holiday Inn Resort. It doesn't compare to the the staff, building, or location at the Holiday Inn Resort where the rooms are spacious and very clean. I feel like at all times there was someone from housekeeping right on our floor. All staff continually asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. The hotel was full of amenities, including an indoor pool, fitness center and game room. The outdoor lazy river was a lot of fun and easy access to beachfront was just a few yards away. House Dining was excellent and very fresh. The entire hotel was well kept and very clean. The best part of the hotel was the staff! They were very friendly and super accommodating. They even surprised my son with fresh baked cookies for his birthday:) My family had a spectacular time, highly recommend:)

Staff was great! we arrived Very late as our plane was delayed. we had an issue with room location and it was quickly resolved the next morning. Pool was great! location was great!. The restaurants were in walking distance. My daughter enjoyed the moves they offer nightly by the pool. we enjoyed our stay and we will be back again.

We stopped here without a reservation and were greeted with kindness and a room!! We had to wait a couple of hours for the room to be cleaned and prepared for our arrival. We were offered the use of any of the amenities available at the hotel, so we changed into our swimsuits and used the pool area as we waited!! The hotel leaves a very nice impression with its nice aroma and cleanliness throughout the facility. All the staff is friendly and efficient. The bartender, Diego, is amazing! He whipped us up a few drinks that we enjoyed while sitting on the beautiful beach. I told him that the Bloody Mary was the best I’d ever had, and it was!! We enjoyed dinner one evening at the cafe and was served by DJ who soon became our friend. She was very sweet and attentive to us and our every need!! We

Our family had the best time here for our week vacation! The ladies at breakfast were 10/10. My kiddos loved seeing them in the morning and looked forward to talking to them every day! The hotel as a whole was amazing. We had a few issues in our room, but nothing that ruined our time. The tv in the bunk room didn’t work, and the shower knob fell off a few times, but we worked with it! The pool areas were clean and fun, the beach access was INCREDIBLE. We will be returning for sure!
