Waters Edge Condominiums

Just had a excellent stay for the week of Christmas. This is our second year staying in 607 for Christmas. It's a comfortable one bedroom and two full baths which is nice. The kitchen was fully stocked, we like to cook breakfast in the condo. The balcony and view of the beach was beautiful/amazing. Had a few small hiccups but not enough to take a star off the rating. Hopefully we will be back next year!!

Our vacation to FWB was wonderful. We stayed at Water’s Edge 302 and it was great. Note that it is on the west side of the building with a limited gulf view. The partial view is from the master bedroom and balcony. The condo itself is comfortable and includes what you need for a home away from home. The unit is super convenient to the elevator and the trash chute. The unit includes a chair set up - and unlike Destin beaches - you can set up extra chairs and/or tents where you choose to sit. The condo has a large pool and easy walkway to the beach. In previous reviews, it was suggested parking on the third deck of the parking garage. It makes it easy to load and unload without having to wait on the elevator. There are luggage carriers available to make transporting your items easier.

Our second time staying here. Places are kept clean, maintenance personnel is always super kind and helpful. Great pool and location overall.

Upon arrival, we found hair in the refrigerator and bathrooms, not too big of a deal we cleaned it ourselves. Then we found blood stained sheets on the bed. Housekeeping changed those sheets and the bunk bed sheets the next day. In the morning, we went to cook breakfast and found a cock roach in the pots and pans cabinet. We reported this to customer service and no one addressed the issue, passing it off as “it looks like a beetle.” We did our best to stay out of the condo as much as possible due to the conditions of it. We ended up leaving early because we found another cockroach climbing on the counter where our food was. The parking spots are very tight for a truck or large SUV, but not a huge concern. The convenience to the pool and beach was the only positive of this condo. We had to

#415 was amazing. Had the best view centered over the walkway. A cute 1 bedroom for up to 6ppl. Fully stocked with dishes, Tupperware, a stove, fridge & washer dryer. 2 bathrooms. Very cozy. My only negatives would be the bed was not comfortable at all for a 7 night stay, the ac didn’t cool the bedroom very well, & they need a blackout curtain in the bedroom bc of the hallway lights shining in. The closet was Also stuffed plum full of extra bedding & stuff so I had to shove under bed to be able to hang up my clothes.
