Hilton's Dunes Motel

It is about a mile and a half walk to Salisbury Beach where there are restaurants shops, nightlife etc. price is roughly the same as what you find in Hampton Beach but considering there is nothing near it I would say it's slightly overpriced. The women that run in are very nice and keep it clean it is also a safe place to be so for that it is worth the extra money. A mile and a half isn't so bad after all to get to a gorgeous beach. And the other direction there is a Chinese restaurant that I believe you can get a drink at while waiting for food, as well as a CVS, dunkin' donuts.and possibly a pizza shop. So it is certainly feasible if you're staying there for a while. There is also a liquor store directly to the left of the hotel that also sells some snacks. 5 miles from HB.

My husband and I took our infant son to the beach for the weekend. We stayed here. The management was amazing. They showed us a couple of the rooms and how adorable they are. They were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. We camped out on a HUGE king size bed. There was plenty of room for us to put the pack n play for the baby to sleep in. We also enjoyed having a grill right outside to use and the beach was in walking distance.

This place was charming and owner was very nice. I was hesitant with some of the low reviews but must have been made from competitors or clowns. My only complaint is the showers had really low water pressure and the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold it took a bit to find the sweet spot. Rooms were clean and tidy. For a motel it has a home like feel. We will be back!

We booked the room a couple of nights in advance and were thrilled there was one room available. My family stayed here one night and it was one night too many. When we opened the door of the hotel the strong smell of an air freshner hit us! It was so strong and gagging. We left the door open for a bit and it didn't air out the room. We would have gone tothe front desk to complain but it was around 10pm when we checked into our room and the office was connected to the owners home and they had a young child. We pulled the comforter down and under the pillow was long black strands of hair....hoping it was the person who changed the sheets....still didn't sit well so we used beach blanket and our own beach towels over the sheets to sleep on and slept in our clothes. We stayed in Salisbury to be close to the beaches and enjoy our first vacation with our baby. We stayed in such a cute room! The bed was so comfortable, and the room was very clean. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach! And theirs a store right next to the hotel. I would recommend to stay here to anyone! The management was very friendly.
