Great area and It was a last minute reservation. Excellent customer service.

Ive stayed at this hotel a few times. The last time I stayed prior to this stay, the hotel was clean and nice. I was surprised that there were no signs of the hotel being updated any at all over the past decade when I was last here. There really needs to be some attentive details and some fresh paint. The room was nice however I was not please with the mold that I saw in the tub and on the floor, at least I thought it was mold, it actually went away when I wiped at it with a hot towel. Other than the OUTDATED and not properly Cleaned Rooms, everything else was pleasant. Front Desk, Bar, Meeting Room and Restaurant staff were all very nice and helpful. If the opportunity arrises, I would stay here again, hopefully to a cleaner bathroom and some fresh paint.

I am the coordinator of a Supper Club and our group of 26 recently had dinner at the restaurant. My contact to make reservations was Patrick Ishimwe. Patrick is the best! One call to give him the information and he took care of everything. He coordinates will the chef Alex Medranco who in turn created an awesome menu of choices for the group. Food is delicious and the atmosphere tops it off. Our group highly recommends the Hilton Grille!

My husband is a LIFETIME DIAMOND member and asked for a complimentary upgrade upon check in for one night. He was told there were no rooms available. When we looked on the website, they had upgrades available. ||Austin, who identified himself as the Hilton Manager, told my husband I can’t upgrade you because the upgraded rooms MIGHT be rented out. Austin got very condescending when asked to explain his reasoning. We will never stay at the Waco Hilton downtown ever again. I mean if there employees don’t value lifetime members or Hilton members loyalty to Hilton, why would you stay here. ||My husband travels for business and stays at Hilton Hotels over 100 nights per year. ||For the record I’ve never left a bad review on Hilton. I travel for work. I’m in a new hotel every night in a different city. This is top 2 worst service experiences I’ve received. At every point of interaction; from the phone reps, to the shuttle timeliness and the front desk; staffed full with ineptitude. And I don’t mean that derogatorily. They’re all very nice people. Also the towels will cut you.
