Hilton Vacation Club Ridge on Sedona

We are so glad we stayed here and not in “downtown” Sedona. Our room was clean and the size was perfect. We love the fully equipped large kitchen! We ended up making dinner several night and breakfast in the morning. The views are great. Highly recommend staying here! The rates are amazing in February. Totally enjoyed our stay!

Sedona is my favorite place in the whole world… I try to come here at least twice a year to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of red rock and the amazing hikes. I’ve stayed at many places, but unfortunately this is one that I will not come back to. They charge a $25 resort fee yet expect you to use it between the times of check-in (4 pm) and checkout (10 am) unless you stay on the property. I stopped by front desk and asked if I could come back after hiking to use jacuzzi and was rudely told no. Wow. It would have taken so little to make my visit wonderful. Instead I leave with this impression.

Positive: Spacious. Clean. Negative: Our view was of a wall behind the pool after we requested well in advance a Mountain view. Not only was it not scenic but it was noisy with kids in the pool.

Rooms are roomy, comfortable, and clean. We weren't close to pools or hot tubs but that doesn't matter to us. They do a midweek cleaning which is nice. There is a washer and dryer in the one bedroom lockout unit If they would just lighten up on the sales pitch it would be even better.

This is a nice place, the accommodations are very nice and staff are friendly providing information about the area. It's close to dining, shopping and within easy distance of many popular attractions. One of the cons is there is no garbage can in the room/condo and no alarm clock like you'd have anywhere else. Unfortunately I visited during a cold snap and didn't get to enjoy the pool.
