I did not have the pleasure of personally staying on property, but my parents did for their retirement celebration, and I wanted to surprise them with wine in their room upon arrival. The room service staff was incredible, specifically one of the managers Janete! She was so helpful in including a note for them, as well as efficient and communicative to let me know her team took care of it! She also had a wealth of recommendations for their stay!

Positive: The location of this hotel is directly along the Riverwalk and just steps from the boat tour of the Riverwalk. There are several wonderful restaurants that we ate at that were within yards of the hotel, including Boudro's, Prost, Casa Rio & Dirty Nellys. Negative: Before arriving, we weren't aware of the parking fees, which seemed astronomical! $59/day! We didn't even pay that much to rent the darn car! But street side parking is fairly limited due to construction nearby.

This was a premium hotel for a not-premium price. We really enjoyed our stay.||All of the extras aren't included- so that was the small surprise when we got there. Valet parking is $60 but the attendant told us about a church parking lot two blocks away that cost half that. Understandable, as there is very little in the way of parking spaces in that area.||The location is great! Right on the river walk and near the Alamo and other attractions. A great base from which to explore the city. Clean rooms and a nice lobby. ||No complimentary coffee or breakfast however. The niceties included in most Midwestern freeway-side hotels all cost extra here. The coffee is in a Starbucks in the lobby and starts at $5. Breakfast is a buffet on the floor level and costs $21 plus tax and tip. It

We stayed over at the Hilton to come visit family for the holiday season. Let me tell you, what a great hotel, there was some construction but it did not affect our experience at all. The lobby area was decorated for the holidays and the staff were so professional and polite. We also met Courtney and Christina in the lobby, they provided expedited and exceptional service to not only me but everyone I saw them talking to. They were very attentive and made sure we enjoyed every hit of our stay and all the attractions around the city! The location was amazing, we were near the alamo and river walk and we could walk wherever we needed to go! 10/10, would stay again!
