Positive: Location is excellent. Beautiful place Negative: Everything is expensive and isn’t included. $50,00 for parking is not a good deal.$35.00 for breakfast is very expensive. My room isn’t clean between my 2 days in hotel.

This was the conference hotel for the conference I attended. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive at check-in and throughout the stay. I had a room with two queen beds, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated there were real pillows instead of the pillbox pillows so many lodging establishments use. The room has adequate lighting, but not good light for reading other than right by the beds. The desk chair would be more comfortable with arm rests. The other chair by the window is a bit low. The room was clean. The hotel and its restaurants have gone cashless. Parking charges of $50 for self-park $58 for valet seem high even for New Orleans. The hotel is a short walk from the French Quarter and on the streecar line. It is connected to the Riverside Outlets. I was pleased and would st

Hotel is in a great location but room was definitely in need of renovation. Musty-smelling and obviously worn carpet with visible stains, chair in room had massive grease stain from people's heads. This is the kind of furniture I take to the dump when doing property cleanup. Contrary to what some other reviews say, housekeeping does NOT come every day. Don't bother trying to use the Hilton Honors app to check in and get a digital key, you'll have to go to the front desk anyway. Did not feel that this property offered a good value for the price charged.

I liked this hotel and location but was very disappointed when I learned there were resort fees. Sooner or later these added on fees are going to cause people to go elsewhere and or not go as much or at all. We do these things because we work hard but this is getting ridiculous. This is not a resort. I’ve stayed on a resort in Florida and the property was gated and had a golf course. There were bikes, paddle boards and kayaks. The parking was too expensive also. I didn’t feel Ike a Hilton Honors member either with all these fees. The front desk person, Cody, was very nice and had good customer service skills. I appreciated him. As for the room it was nice with a nice view of the river. I think I was in the renovated part of the hotel. However, the shower was poorly designed. The o

Hotel staff was nice and friendly, clean rooms, nice size, comfy bed, and a great location. Everything is within walking distance. If you want to shop or head over to the main attractions Bourbon Street, and the French quarters. I also want to give a shot out to one special employee that went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with all my questions and gave me the best recommendations during my stay, Doy Gildart, we need more people like you in this 🌎. One of the best customer service experience that I have ever seen and I travel a lot for work and pleasure.
