Hilton Nashville Downtown

The front desk staff was absolutely impeccable! Alyssa and her two colleagues (man and woman) were prompt, friendly and highly respectful. |As a director of operations for Marriott hotels, a certain level of hospitality is essential to a successful operation in a hotel. And they far exceeded my expectations, enough that I am writing this. |My experience stems from 5star 5diamond resorts from the ritz Carlton laguna Niguel California , to the Westin in downtown Seattle, and Boca raton resort in Florida. I say this just to add credibility to my sincere gratitude and appreciation. |We will absolutely be back to our new favorite hotel in Nashville.

We stayed after attending the Linkin Park concert last night and it was wonderful. We were able to check in early and it was the perfect distance from Bridgestone. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. The only issue was Dierks Bentley is a bar that sounded like it was right outside my window but it is Nashville so I expected that in a way.

I’ve stayed at the Hilton Nashville Downtown several times over the years, and it has consistently been an excellent experience. The hotel is always clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of downtown Nashville and within walking distance to so many attractions, restaurants, and entertainment spots. It makes exploring the city incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely continue staying here on future trips to Nashville.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. When I entered my hotel room, it smelled strongly of nail polish remover. I requested a new room which the front desk kindly provided. The second room smelled of cigarettes. I mentioned this to the front desk who then sent up the cleaning staff to ionize the room. This did nothing. On top of the smell, the hotel room is outdated and needs attention. I took the attached photos of stains upon my arrival. I paid $771 for two nights - not worth it. Giving two stars instead of one for the front desk's efforts to remedy the smell situation and the great location.

The valet group was amazing. Kudos to their great service. It went downhill once we entered the hotel. We went to check in to both of our rooms, but we had to wait to check in to one of the rooms. The manager on duty had to get security to verify our room wasn't occupied. I've never encountered that before. We waited in our other room ( a couple rooms over) until there was verification. The manager brought the room keys to us, which I appreciated. My son's linens was saturated with something suspect (See photo). We requested new linens which were dropped off. So we had to make the bed and have these nasty linens stay in the room. Overall the room(s) had a nice layout but you can hear the street traffic below. Breakfast was a disappointment. $24 per person is not worth it. The food was ave
