Hilton Milwaukee

Everyone was very friendly, but we had to change rooms four times. There was a note in the reservation that I am disabled and need a room with a bathtub, but there wasn't one in the first room. It took a while, but they got us moved to a room with a tub. Unfortunately, the stopper did not seal. It was roughly 3 am by the time we got into the new room, so I plugged it with a washcloth so I could at least wash my body. The sink was clogged, so I lifted the removable tile in the bottom and found food, hair, mold and mildew. They moved us to another room the following morning, but I inspected it before moving all of our things again and the tub stopper did not seal in that one, either. The tub stopper sealed better in the fourth room, but it still leaked slowly and made a loud, vibrating sound

Positive: The remodeled rooms were tasteful. The motion-sensored lights in the bathroom were a really nice touch. The front desk and bell staff were great. Negative: The shower was not draining, so we had to lift up the guard and pull out a hair mass. Disgusting.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and I always love my experience. Remy and Lannie up front are two of the best front desk workers I have came across. They made my stay 100 times better. Both were friendly and welcoming upon talking to them and made me want to return again and again to this hotel. They are the type of people you never forget because they made a lasting impact. Thanks you all!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Historic hotel with ornate lobby. Starbucks and other good restaurants on site. Within walking distance of much of downtown Milwaukee. My only issue was smallish room and awful pillows.

The hotel look lovely it is just not very user friendly. The elevators are super slow and very rough. The room was beyond small and cramped. Then we had no control over the temperature of the room. Was told its "winter" so heat is on. Outside was 60s inside room temperature was 73. This was beyond insane to not have control over the temperature of your room.
