Hilton Melbourne, FL

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Melbourne. The hotel was very quiet, staff pleasant, the restaurant food and service was great. I enjoyed the lobby and bar area. Beds were super comfortable, rooms clean. I think the rooms could use a bit of updating though. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was extremely friendly and I had a nice stay, however, I had no tv service for most my trip. I called the front desk and asked to have it fixed and they never sent anyone until the day before I left. I stayed Sunday 12/21 - 12/24. They sent someone on the 23Rd. I would have expected some kind of service recovery but it didn’t happen. It’s not cheap staying in a hotel and so I’d just expect to have the amenities that are listed. Also, the WiFi went in and out. Other than that the stay was nice.

This is a nice hotel in Melbourne. The hotel is clean & modern. Excellent guest rooms, outfitted with everything you need. The restaurant has good food & service. The meeting space is well maintained & has a large ballroom that can be subdivided. There are 6 smaller meeting spaces just off to the right of the ballroom & 2 bar service areas for social events. It was cold, so I didn't use the outdoor pool but the area is beautifully laid out. I would recommend staying here or hosting an event if you're in the area.

This used to be a beautiful hotel. In fact I stayed here 7 years ago on my wedding day to get ready. Well after staying there this past weekend it looks as if they have not done anything in 7 years to maintain this hotel. The room that we had smelled musty and of mildew. Everything just felt damp. Every piece of furniture was cracked or chipped, i mean mean LARGE chips. The TV was almost unwatchable as the picture was so fuzzy and color was way off with no way to adjust the settings. Marks and stains EVERYWERE. Shower door wont stay closed. Massie crack on the shower floor that was "repaired" just some thick chalking. Pink hair dye or something stains on the walls. And don't get me started on the rust and dirt on the balcony. The room just felt cheap. While the lobby is still nice and the

Rooms clean and larger than most, ample bathroom, front desk friendly and helpful. Only two elevators and cleaning staff used along with guests including bringing trash can in the elevator with guests. Tacky.
