Hilton Lake Las Vegas - Event Center

The Hilton Lake Las Vegas is set in a stunning building that once housed a Ritz-Carlton, and the architecture truly stands out. However, the service leaves much to be desired—especially at the front desk, where the staff could benefit from better training. One major downside is the strong sewage odor that lingers throughout the hotel, which is hard to overlook. The food is just okay, nothing remarkable, but the gym is a definite plus. The rooms are decent, but the air conditioning is a real issue, making for an uncomfortable stay. With some improvements in service and maintenance, this hotel could live up to its beautiful setting.

Hilton is going downhill. I have been a Hilton gold member for years. This resort has horrible Customer service. I was promised a government rate(150USD)due to travel, all I need do was show government ID upon check in. I was told that I would not get the government rate, but instead 260USD. Upon talking to 3 different managers they refused to honor their word. Room, living area was fairly clean. Bathroom was gross. Had black hair(I’m blond) in the shower. Upon further inspection I also spotted mold. The grounds and the surrounding area is very nice, that being said there is gambling on the grounds. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Quick and easy in and out. Checked in late and checked out early - all via the app so did not need to visit the desk. Nice looking resort, wish we could have spent more time there

Perfect place for weddings, private parties corporate events, or family reunions! An oasis in the desert, you will think you stepped into a small Tuscany, picture perfect village over looking the bay. Great photos to be had and memories to make in this hidden gem.

Great place to attend a party or event, plenty of free parking. The hotel is very modern and very clean. The food at the venue was delicious. We had sushi and Italian, it was very good and fresh. The staff were very friendly and the customer service was excellent.
