Here for a business conference part of a big team and arrived early. David at the front desk went about to get us checked in Early and got us rooms close to each other. Ricardo another member who was the shuttle bus driver a great asset getting us to and from. All the staff made our team building even better and contributed to a better conference experience. Awesome hotel clean, the staff very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended for a stay in houston.

Positive: I liked how nice the front desk staff was and I liked that it was a shower in the room. Hotel was nice overall. I also enjoyed the free parking. Negative: I did not like the location of the hotel it was a busy bus stop nearby. I also did not like that the smoking area was in front of the hotel so when you walk up to the hotel you smell cigarettes and can smell it when you enter the hotel.

The rooms are great. Getting to them you risk your life. Elevator plummeted to the ground fron 6-7 floor. Called corporate no response so had to file complaint with TDLR after I got trapped in Elevator with broken alarm and no signal to call for help. When someone finally called the Elevator to the 12th floor, it plummeted to the ground and finally let me out. When I complained they told me yeah they are having problems but " think" someone is on site. The continued leaving the Elevator open because it was the only 2 working!?! Insult to injury, Made me carry all my luggage down 11 flights to my lower room with a broken shoulder. Third visit here, never again. Horrible staff whom told me! To look for their staff to clean my new room after 2 hours I slept in my trunk,waiting. Horribl

Overall a great experience. The airport shuttle is very convenient. Brad at the front desk was very helpful and made check in a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, however a few of the outlets and lights did not work. Breakfast was delicious, loved the biscuits and gravy. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel staff was nice and the room was clean. The shuttle driver Mr. Michael L. Was a great driver and very knowledgeable about the area. He was very punctual and a safe driver. Will definitely come back here again
