Room was great. Service folks were great. The reason for the 4 stars is they discontinued valet parking at the lobby. You can valet, in the Hilton Hawaiian Village main entrance, which is about a 7-10 minute walk, which is not the point of valet parking. I know this seems like a small issue but when you are out all day doing things and get home (at the equivalent of 3 am) with your parents who are in at least their mid 60s, the last thing you want is them to have to walk back from parking. We dropped them off but there were times they didn’t want us to. We ended up parking at the Hale Koa garage across the street, which was a shorter walk and where MONTHLY parking (for our 5-6 night stay) saved us about $150 over the Hilton self park and more over valet, despite being closer to the actu

Great resort to spend your time with family. Pools are great and right next to the beach with great views. The facilities are great and clean. Service is fantastic. Car rental is onsite. A 10 minute walk to Waikiki. My only complaint is the parking fee. $69 per day is rather excessive even for Hawaii prices.

It's sprawling. Take a day to figure out shortcuts. No valet and parking is about a 5 minute walk. Staff accessibility is...uneven. The driveway on is hard to see unless you're looking for it. Hilton is almost never my first choice. While Honolulu is vibrant everywhere close to the property, I just prefer a slower pace of Hawaii than what I booked. YMMV

The room was spacious and the amenities are great. Like being at home but with better views 😆

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff are friendly and informative. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The location is amazing - a short walk to the beach, with multiple pools to choose from nearby! There are many restaurants and stores to shop in. Room service was provided daily and the rooms were always extremely clean - we appreciated having a full kitchen with fridge and freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher! We also had a washer and dryer in our room. Overall, we were extremely impressed and will be back for sure!
