Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki Beach

Hotel is located in a great spot near food, entertainment, public transportation. Rooms were average. The housekeeping staff were excellent and friendly during our stay. The rooms are clean and presentable. The bathroom is a bit tight but manageable. The only downfall was the front desk staff were not too friendly or approachable. They gave the impression of " we can't be bothered to answer questions". The shop downstairs was great convenience for drinks, snacks and food and even gift shopping. The hotel is kid friendly and great for families, leisure and anyone looking for a place to stay. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is located a short two blocks from Waikīkī beach. Centrally located. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Included in the resort fee is free beach chairs and umbrella from a shop by the beach. Easy access to pick up and return daily. |Had several requests upon arrival (more hangers, coffee pods). Items were delivered to the room within 1/2 hour of request. Great service! |Updated decor. Best shower I’ve ever experienced in a hotel!! Bed was comfortable. Melody (our housekeeper) was extraordinary. Our room was spotless. |Highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Waikīkī.

This hotel was my saving grace with a last minute day of booking from my previous hotel being a huge disappointment. This hotel is clean, cozy, has all the amenities, a perfect location, and so many extra features that were just a nice touch. I really wanted a room with a fridge, microwave, full length mirror, and space for 2 women to get ready! This had it all! I also loved hanging out in the pool area which had a great happy hour. The location is ideal right in the middle of the strip — directly across from target, multiple coffee shops, an abundance of stores and food places, and just a few minute walk to the beach! I was so thankful to feel clean and at home for my week long trip.

Location was great, no where i could find tells you that parking is valet only at $58 a day. Rooms are older and small but I guess you get it for the location. Sheets and towels where clean. Just not what I expected the pictures are deceiving. My balcony view from the 8th floor (picture attached)

I had a horrible experience with the valet here (there is no self parking, it’s mandate to use valet). I had an emergency and they refused to understand my concern. They take forever to get the car. And the rooms are average as well. Other similarly priced hotels in this area have better service.
