Hilton Garden Inn Waco

Our stay was made truly special from the moment we arrived, all thanks to Teresa. She greeted us with the warmest welcome and a level of professionalism that is hard to find. Let me start by saying this place was in the best location for walking. I was able to walk my little dog around the lake several times per day. The rooms were clean and the place was so quiet. The only complaint is that I was charged $75 for my little dog. I know everyone says it but my little dog is so well behaved. I work with her to be quiet, sit when I stop walking, and hold her B&B for the walks that we take every couple of hours. I’m with her all day. I bathe her weekly and keep her brushed. She has her own bedding and therefore the fur is limited.

First - we tried to check-in around 2pm and weren't able to because they said the rooms weren't ready. My biggest issue with the room is it was exceptionally hot and had to call the front desk several times to get someone to answer. Maintenance did come up and check the A/C and said he reset it but it wasn't any better. Look at the reviews on rooms being hot and they all say the same thing. It's HOT and stuffy and they don't do anything about it. I reported to the front desk upon checkout and he said he would report it but no response. For the price you pay at this location, its not worth it.

I was in Waco for a week and reserved my room at the Hilton gardens. I was welcomed by the most pleasant front desk staff I have ever met. They double checked my reservation details to ensure everything was correct. Recommended me a wonderful place to eat my first night's dinner at. Just because of the friendliness and knowledge of the staff, I will be back!
