I had the most beautiful pleasure of being taken care of by Tate who was an absolute blessing and so down to earth I just love a person who loves other people it make you feel comfortable and gives a warm at home feeling and that's so important. My check in and stay was so smooth, peaceful, relaxing may I say extravagant. The kids and I upgraded to a king suite due to Tate's recommendation and it turned out absolutely perfect. I was on one side with my youngest baby and my two older were in the other side with their own tv so there was no clashing over space and tv channels LOL... We were so comfortable we never wanted to leave the room even to get food LOL the kids would fuss and cry when we had to leave to make a store or food run and I would be dragging as well becauseof oh my its so pe

Positive: The women who were working the front desk when i arrived. Negative: Stained carpets. Chipped and missing paint. Paint speckled floors. Broken ATM. Massive amount of crows in the morning cawing at 5am. FAULTY FIRE ALARM blared for several minuets, the front desk was laughing about the issue. EXPIRED ELEVATOR CERTIFICATE.

This place should offer a masterclass on poor food service. When seated for dinner I waited over 20 minutes to be acknowledged. The food was not bad, but not great. 6/10. After finishing my meal I had to wait 43 minutes to get the bill. Even then I had to chase the server down to pay it. I watched many diners sit and leave without ordering. Thinking breakfast would be better, we tried it. Slightly better, but poor. The food service manager here deserves a flogging. The hotel in general is not in good shape. The floors are dirty, carpets stained, and only has one elevator working. I would never stay here again. I’m surprised Hilton allows their name on this place.

The location seems to be a safe area. There isn't much nearby in terms of restaurants, etc. ||The front desk staff was friendly. The bartender was not.||I was in a king room on the 6th floor that hasn't been updated in decades. ||The hallway carpet was old and stained.||There were no USB compatible plugs in the room. ||The furniture was all chipped and dinged. One table had nail polish on it.||The walls had holes all over the place and the paint was in poor repair.||In the bathroom, there were plenty of towels and the shower had glass doors, which was a nice touch. The vanity was damaged as far as paint and dings. The shower tile was discolored, which might have been mildew. I had to go inside the shower doors to turn the water on (installed incorrectly), thus getting wet while still wea

Hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I travel for work and frequent Marriott brands. I used to be loyal to Hilton but this place tells me I made the right decision keeping away from this garbage brand. The only thing that matters in a hotel is comfortability in accommodation. This place simply is not it. The rooms are unbearably hot in the dead of winter and there is no way to get any climate control to work. I am writing this review at 2am because this is perhaps the worst night of sleep that I have ever had in a hotel. Period. After this trip, I will NEVER go to another Hilton brand again. This place is worse than a motel 6. Go to this hotel at your own peril.
