Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Tampa North

We had a very nice stay here. The entire staff was friendly, the room was very clean, the hotel was quiet, and when we arrived for breakfast just as the breakfast was closing, the attendee opened up everything and made us feel extremely welcome! Also there are nice restaurants just a couple of miles away and they provided great service too!

The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was very modern and very clean! We had a king suite that had two large flat screen TVs and up-to-date, the shower included a Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The continental breakfast had a wide array of items to choose from...we were pleasantly surprised! Well worth the money. We would definitely stay here again!

I was recovering from a foot related operation and the front desk led by Rita and Nicole made arrangements to make my stay comfortable even before my arrival. The manager Ricardo is hands on and the maintenance staff extremely responsive. Last but not the least the breakfast is excellent.

I asked the housekeeping staff twice over two days to clean the room, and they completely ignored the request. After that, I contacted the front desk. What happened next was unacceptable and insulting. The dirty towels were folded and placed back in the room while still wet — absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. The bed was not properly made; the same sheet was put back without being changed or arranged. Do they really think guests are stupid? Zero rating for cleanliness. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place
