A Health and Safety Nightmare I recently stayed at this property while attending a nearby event, and it was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hospitality experiences I have ever had. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, the environment felt unsafe and neglected. The air was thick with the smell of marijuana right outside the main entrance, setting a very 'sketchy' tone for the rest of the stay. The lack of professionalism at the front desk was immediately apparent. Instead of a standard greeting or even a simple 'hello,' I was met with a blunt, 'You got or need a room?' There was no attempt at hospitality or basic courtesy. The Room Conditions: Persistent Odors: Despite specifically booking a non-smoking room, the hallways reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Positive: This hotel has a kitchenette, which is very useful. It's good for families and elderly people, diabetics. Negative: Our room looked worn off. The TV clicker was missing, the chair sit was cut; no shampoo, the floor was sticky. The microwave must be replaced. It is too old and dangerously rusty inside, etc. The door electronic cards barely working.

Our stay here @ Extended Stay (Temple Terrace FL) has been great. The hotel is clean, FRONT Desk is a pleasant welcome to us everyday. Staff is the BEST, Maria and Amanda have always been happy to help, assist us with anything. Quiet, clean room, great kitchenette, stove, microwave, full fridge!! Minutes to any popular area in Tampa. Comfy bed, cozy room. Would recommend to anyone !! 😀.

We stayed 3 months for work ñand it was like home ,My son and I want to shout out to Mary Ann the manager she is sweet and kind . Very helpful but most of all it is very clean. We loved our stay. All the staff was helpful and sweet and they greeted us everyone they saw us . It was very nice . Thank you

I checked in around 8 PM and was given a room where the door lock wasn’t working because the battery needed to be replaced. Instead of fixing the issue or moving me to another room, the front desk told me that every time I wanted to enter my room, I would have to call them so they could physically walk over and open the door for me. I was also told that after 10 PM, when the front desk “closed,” I would basically be out of luck. Because of this, I couldn’t leave my room after 10 PM and even had to call off work the next day to make sure I could stay with my belongings, since I had valuables inside and couldn’t reliably get back in. The next morning, around 10:30 AM, I woke up to someone working on my door while I was still inside the room. It turned out to be Eric from the front desk. No
