Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete Beach

Our family greatly enjoyed our weeklong stay at the Hilton Garden in St. Pete’s Beach. ||The location was ideal, located directly on the beach and perfectly aligned with the sunset (seasonal). The 7-11 directly across the street was convenient for sundry items and late night snacks. ||The facilities were beautifully updated post-hurricane, with lovely beach decor indoors. The north-facing balcony had an amazing view of the water. The pool and activity area had comfortable seating, hammocks, and lawn games, with additional hammocks beachside.||Their Coconut Charlie’s restaurant was superb, with delicious indoor and outdoor dining and drink menus. Visited this beautiful resort on a Day Pass. It was absolutely flawless. We were only here for half a day enjoying the pool and cabanas. But will definitely be back for a longer stay. Brendan, Sofia, and Jay are hospitality professionals with attention to detail that is hard to find. Coconut Charlie’s drinks and food was amazing. Hammocks, cabanas and pool all top tier, beautiful. Can’t wait to come back!

The pool area and beach area is great at this hotel. However, the setup of the access to the pool area is a bit odd since you have to get out of the hotel to access the public areas. The restaurant is a great extra here, the plates are big and can feed two people tho. The service at the restaurant is also great but indoors and outdoors in the beach bar. I loved the hotel amenities for family, and the atmosphere is enjoyable, nice people, I wish the garden was a bit bigger though. The cleanliness at rooms at arrival was ok however, they do not clean as often we stayed 5 days and only cleaned once. I had to call and request new towels and pick up garbage which is a standard now but they can do better at being more proactive and keeping the rooms more neat while they have customers. I appreci

Dear Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete Beach Management Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I have been a long-time Hilton guest and typically choose Hilton properties whenever I travel, which made this experience especially disappointing. I checked in on Sunday and stayed for a full week, at a total cost of approximately $2,800. During that entire stay, my room was only cleaned once — on Thursday. Housekeeping did not service the room every other day as expected, and more concerning, the room was not cleaned on Tuesday. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, I was assured it would be cleaned on Wednesday, but it was not. As a result, I spent the majority of my stay in an uncleaned room. Trash was not removed regularly,

In no particular order- the staff is very professional, helpful and pleasant. We had breakfast twice at Coconut Charlie’s and it was very good and the service was outstanding. The room was large , clean and well decorated. The bedding was very nice and very comfortable. |Due to weather conditions we did not use the pool but it looked very nice . There is very convenient access to the beach. Parking is very convenient. |This hotel is an excellent value . We would definitely come here again.
