Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio Airport

This hidden gem is special. Why? It is a quick cozy Inn when you are on the road and just need some rest and relaxation before you journey on. Always very clean and staff is very welcoming to guests. I have stayed here a few multiple and the staff always had a very positive attitude no matter what time of the day or evening. Rooms are always clean and they take accountability if there are any potential issues. Excellent welcoming communication which is hard to find these days . Way to go Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio Airport! Kudos and cheers! ☺️

Positive: The Service was Great like it always has been. I was really happy to get to stay at a place that I stayed at 4 years ago; at a rate the was truly what I needed. Negative: One of the Elevators was not working, but there was not a lot of people so the wait was not long.

When I called to book a room for Christmas night, Parke went out of his way to help me. I’m tech challenged 🙄. When I checked in he was very gracious and showed me to my room personally. I wanted something to eat so Parke checked with the chef Robert. He suggested turkey quesadillas and I added an order of fries. The quesadillas and sweet/tangy sauces were excellent. The fries were perfect too. I highly recommend this property and will stay again in the future.

My wife and I stayed for one night on 3/5/2026. Upon walking to the front desk for check-in, I was met with a blank stare and a look of “what do you want?”. No greeting whatsoever. I let the two individuals at the desk that I wanted to check in. The young man asked for ID and credit card and proceeded to check me in. The process took longer because he kept answering the phone which seemed to be from hotel staff. Meanwhile the lady also at the desk continued looking at the computer. After check-in, the young man advised that the elevators would not be working for another hour. We then hauled our suit cases up three flights of stairs while hotel staff kept excusing their way up the stairs as if we were in their way. 4 hours later, after we came back from dinner the elevators were still not

This may be my go to hotel. I love how neat it was and the room was nice especially the Jacuzzi tub. Things to improve on... Concierge should always recognize gold and diamond members without being prompted. And be ready with perks to hand out. Also always inform guest if ice machines or other services are out or unavailable. Inform guest of when breakfast starts and ends Change hydration station regularly at least 3 times per day. Staff is friendly but just needs fine tuning. If the hotel is able to get a lunch and dinner menu going , that will be a big plus. Also bar area. I still loved it and I will return.
