Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh /Crabtree Valley

Totally enjoyed my stay. I was in town for a wedding. I needed an early check in, everyone was very accommodating to facilitate us getting checked in before the wedding. They go above and beyond to ensure that you are well taken care of. Everyone is very friendly such a comfortable vibe. The room was perfect and the food was great —you gotta have the GRITS! Definitely will stay again when I’m in Raleigh.

Needed a place to bring my elderly parent for the duration of the recent ice storm. Could not have had a more pleasant stay! Was impressed with the quality of the room accoutrements, microwave fridge and coffee service. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and bathroom well appointed and spotless. But the most impressive feature was the friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk Loran was particularly helpful in numerous ways and went out of her way to show me the room she thought would be best for our stay. What began as an emergency became a comfortable retreat that we will remember fondly. Will put Hilton Garden Inn at the top of my list in the future, many thanks!

The service is impeccable and the rooms are roomy and clean! The lobby is estheticly pleasing and chic. The restaurant food and bar is amazing. We enjoyed a hot pizza, wings, and drinks after a long day. Truly hit the spot. The location is perfect. Easy access to everything. I only wish the continental breakfast was complimentary and the coffee all day. We truly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on December 21, 2025 for the first time. I was surprised to learn the hotel is 10 years old; it looks brand new. Beautifully decorated and appointed. It felt like an urban luxury hotel, but is priced very reasonably considering the excellent features of the property. Our room with king bed was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Walk-in shower was wonderful and had towels inside the enclosure -- well-thought-out design. All hotel staff were professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. We had breakfast -- sumptuous -- and also had stopped at the bar in the evening for a nightcap. Very nice. A good security feature of the hotel was that your room key card was needed to operate the elevator. We definitely will stay here again; the loc
