Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh Capital Blvd I-540

First, I want to show appreciation to Cameron, the front desk clerk. Always polite, friendly, and engaging. If anyone needs a space that is very accommodating for accessibility needs the two queen garden Suite was exceptional. My mom is 91 and in a wheelchair and I could roll her wheelchair into either bathroom and easily get her taken care of, Including the roll in shower. With her walker, she got right in with very little assistance.The hotel was very clean. I will definitely return.

Do not stay here. The staff is so rude, and honestly it ruins your entire experience. I stay in Hilton properties every week, and this place is so disappointing because it's a great location! I meal prep my food every week for my travel, and this morning I woke up and the fridge was pushing out hot air. It ruined all the food I had prepared and brought with me this week. Roughly $100 in food thrown in the trash, and now I have to eat out all week and spend more money. Kristina at the front desk didn't care and brushed it off. She had maintenance come and put a whole new fridge in the room. I have nothing to put in the fridge as everything was spoiled. Also the TV stopped working. Just an overall unenjoyable experience and I am very disappointed.

Great location. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff were awesome and attentive. Brand food available. Plenty of parking. ||If you want a more quiet stay, book a room with an odd room number. We stayed in a even numbered room and it can get noisy on that side as it faces the interstate.

This hotel was very nice. The room was clean, spacious, and had all updated amenities. The breakfast in the morning was more than I expected. Also the most important in my opinion was how clean the bathroom was. It truly makes a difference. I definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Positive: The stay was awesome and the staff was great Negative: Just the price for the breakfast was a little expensive for the choices no waffles or grits and I noticed there was a waffle maker there wasn?t out to use
