Hilton Garden Inn Oklahoma City North Quail Springs

Positive: There are restaurants within walking distance which works out great for me because I love to eat. This hotel is very clean and the staff are always kind and professional. They are easy to talk to and always give a warm welcome. Negative: No big deal. When we checked in Our room had no toilet paper but a quick call to front desk and they restocked in less than 5 minutes. No problem at all.

There was a misunderstanding with my employer and a room charge for waters - I called and spoke with Arthur at the front desk and he took care of it right away. Very professional. He even took the time to email my employer confirmation that it had been resolved. The rooms were clean, lots of hot water, location is in a great area with plenty of food options available. 12/10! Thank you, Arthur!

Absolutely disgusted right now and can't sleep at 3:18 a.m. The bedding doesn't feel fresh nor smell like it's been washed. There's crickets all over the damn place. You'd think they'd have an exterminator come out every once in a while. The main and bathroom is dirty and scuffed. The kicker is hair left in the shower because they didn't properly clean. I use towels on the shower and tub floors i never walk on the floors barefooted for this reason. To top it off there was a medium sized bug that came out of nowhere by the nightstand. I keep my bags zipped for this reason. They have to know that the rooms aren't properly cleaned. I let the guy at the front desk know about the hair and he said he'd pass it along to the head of housekeeping but wasn't shocked at the news i gave him. I cannot

I stayed here November 3rd 2025. I had active moving insects in the bathroom along with what appeared to be some sort of mold along the grout line on the bathroom floor. I took pictures as well as a video of the creature crawling along the floor. I showed that to the very nice person at the front desk. I asked to see the manager who was apparently unavailable. He assured me the manager would contact me. I did not hear from anyone. So I wrote to the manager. Never heard back. That type of apathy was really surprising to me as I am a Diamond member so I've obviously stayed in many Hilton properties before. The best way to have handled this would have been at the very least let me switch rooms. As it was I was too grossed out to take a shower.

No food or bar service. I was already checked in and stopped by front desk to get hard key in case digital key didn’t work as I always do. Asked the night clerk for late check out. Was told it wasn’t possible, as diamond member for years, I’ve stayed at Hilton properties for 292 night this year and I have never had an issue getting late check outs before. Had to call corporate to have them get me late check out. I will be returning to OKC every few months for the next 2 years and will never stay at this location again also will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this location. Rooms are dated bed was uncomfortable, room was 55 degrees when I walked in.
