This is a great location across from the convention center. Great option if you are coming for meetings. Walking distance to great restaurants in the warehouse district. Rideshare to the French Quarter is about $12-16. ||Rooms are clean and comfortable and up to the Hilton standard. Will stay here again.

Paul has made every single breakfast at the hotel restaurant an exceptional experience. From the very first morning, his level of service stood out. By the second day he already knew my name, remembered my order, and greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. What truly sets Paul apart is his attention to detail and natural ability to make guests feel welcomed and valued. He anticipates needs, stays attentive without being intrusive, and consistently delivers service with a positive attitude. As a Director of Customer Service myself, I pay close attention to these things, and Paul exemplifies the kind of service professional any organization would be lucky to have. If I were building a hospitality or customer experience team, he is exactly the type of person I would want on it.

Very happy and impressed with the staff, location, and appearance of this hotel. So clean and beautiful. Parking and front desk was so easy. Nicholas at the front desk was AMAZING!! If I could have him at all the hotels we go to (which is a lot) I would be so happy. Gave us suggestions with dining and where to go. Need more like him for sure. Valet guys were so nice and helpful. Really appreciate the customer service from all staff and would stay again just because of them alone.

This hotel was as stated in the reviews. The hotel was a good stay. The staff was nice and accommodating. The room was cleaned and smelled good. Parking was $25 across the street. I would stay here again.

Olivia at the front desk was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that we felt completely taken care of. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Mr. Doy was just as awesome! He was so attentive and eager to help with anything we needed. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and he made a lasting impression on us. The dining staff was wonderful as well. The food was really good, and the service in the restaurant was just as friendly and attentive. It made our stay even more enjoyable.
