Hilton Garden Inn Nashville West End Avenue

After a LONG drive and arrive late in the evening, Nikki at the front desk knew exactly how to make us feel welcome. Super fast check-in, and she was very detailed in giving us instructions for parking and how to get to our rooms, etc... As for the property itself.....modern and updated with all the amenities. But the best part about this property is the amazing staff. Super friendly and willing to go out of their way to help, especially Nikki!

I love the Hilton hotel chain; we are always very well taken care of, and the staff are always very helpful. The accommodations are always perfect, comfortable, with great rooms and an excellent location.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn started off on a high note thanks to Miss Nikki. After a long drive from Georgia, her warm welcome and friendly demeanor were exactly what we needed. She made the check-in process effortless and took extra care to ensure everything was in order, answering our questions and anticipating our needs with ease. Miss Nikki went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, and her level of service truly stood out. She made us feel valued and appreciated from the moment we arrived, delivering an experience that reflects the highest standard of hospitality. Positive: The room and cleanliness of the hotel was great!!! It was close to every thing and we didn't have to go far. Negative: The parking feee for guest was not reasonable and the staff did not explain to us the parking procedures so we triple paid parking nor was the staff friendly or accomodating. The front desk guy at the end of the stay did make things right and was great!!
