For a hotel that is less than a year old, I was disappointed. I expect Hilton properties to take care of the details, but this property does not. Nice, newer property, they just missed some big details that make or break your stay. 1. When you first arrive you are met with a parking lot full of compact parking spaces or smaller. Most of us parked every other spot, at least while we could. Can't even get into/out of car, much less try to load stuff in back seats when someone parks next to you. We were in smaller SUV, I saw trucks or large SUV's that straddled both lines when they parked. Whoever signed off on the parking spaces should be fired. 2. Toilet set to close to wall, jammed next to toilet paper rolls. Should have been centered on the space. 3. Housekeeping is every two days, somet

I understand the “Hilton” brand covers a family of lodging options. I am uncertain where the Hilton Garden Inns fit in that family. I am just completing a 4-night stay at this property. There are a number of things about this property that are NOT good! The Parking situation is abysmal!! I had a Nissan Sentry (rental) and the painted off parking slots were ridiculous ly too narrow. They advertise breakfast until 10am. When I arrived in the dining area at about 9:48am, the food trays were basically empty and what small remnants that remained around the corners of the metal’s food bins were cold. An employee was already putting breakfast stuff away. I thought members of the desk staff were pretty unprofessional. One lady spent every free moment vaping just outside the main entrance. Others

While the staff was amazing, this Hilton Garden Hotel was not . We were there for 4 nights , the bathroom door , barn style could not be opened or closed , no hand soap, shower soap or shampoo was available ( bottles in room were empty) we were told there was none to be had in the hotel. There was no coffee or water available in the lobby, we did have a 1 cup kerig in the room but no creamer available. Most all the other hotels in the area had complimentary breakfast and refreshments available around the clock. No hot tub but a very small pool , not a comfortable environment to relax and enjoy . This is not a place that I would book again, sorry.

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Opryland while attending a conference at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. I booked my stay a bit late and this hotel was one of the overflow options provided by the conference. The hotel was clean and accommodating, and the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. When I arrived earlier in the day, my room wasn’t ready, but they allowed me to check my bags so I could head over to the conference, which was appreciated. Later in the evenings after conference events, I spent some time at the bar and the bartender (unfortunately I can’t remember her name) was very friendly and personable, which added a nice touch to the overall stay. Overall, a solid experience with great staff and a clean, comfortable environment

Nice hotel, visited in September. Very clean as it’s quite new. The front desk was very helpful, although one morning one lady spent the entire time I was at breakfast stood doing her makeup. Just doesn’t look very professional. The area isn’t too bad, we were able to walk back from the Grand Ole Opry. Spacious rooms. We had vouchers for the buffet breakfast but it was terrible. The hot food was awful, the only thing worth eating was cereal but the milk wasn’t replenished. The plates and bowls were all dirty as well. The kitchen staff seemed unimpressed when I mentioned this. The waitress was also surly and seemed annoyed we had breakfast vouchers. There seems to be a few reviews who are clearly referencing this waitress, so I do wonder why this has not been sorted. On another morning we h
