Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Northwest Conference Center

Booked two prepaid reservations, one through Hilton and one through a third party. The front desk could not find either reservation in their system and even after emailing the reservation information refused to honor either reservation. After two hours Hilton corporate located the reservation through their system, and the front desk person would not honor it. The manager “on-duty” was at home and refused to come on-site to fix anything. The front desk worker said it was not their problem and we could re-book (and pay again) rooms if we wanted to stay there. The Comfort Inn and Suites down the road was able to accommodate us with very good rooms and wonderful service. Stay away from this location and possibly Hilton Hotels in general.

Positive: It was clean & well-maintained Negative: Restaurant had weird hours & was closed everytime we went there. Poor guest service. We asked to have our room serviced twice & they finally came the day before we left. We declined service. Asked for more towels, no luck.

The rooms were affordably priced. The beds felt just a little smaller than what they were sized to be. Felt smaller than a queen but I didn't break out the tape measure to verify. For me personally the mattress were a little on the stiff side I know some prefer a stiffer mattress. Pool water was too cloudy for my liking. It didn't have the over chlorinated smell to it, so I will allow you to build your own conclusions. The morning breakfast was a delicious option that was included with our group package, if they offer it I would highly recommend it. The service was quick and professional. The hotels location was decently located between the main highway and in our overall destination point for the weekend. Would I recommend....yes I would but they would definitely have to fix the pool

I gave my wife a 60th Birthday party in the ballroom. The service, food, space, cleanliness, everything was excellent! We stayed overnight in a suite with a whirlpool, also excellent. Great hospitality. Great atmosphere. Great customer service. My next event will be here!

Nice clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, but the desk was positioned right next to the HVAC unit, so the air from the fan was hitting me in the side of my head while I was working. I had to take a cushion off of the couch and use it to block it from hitting me. Other than that it was fine. The restaurant had great food too.
