Hilton Garden Inn Houston Medical Center

We were very pleased with our Hilton stay. The night we checked in, there were free cookies at the front desk, and we didn't see them any night since then. That was the only disappointment 😂 The staff were excellent and quiet. No door-slamming or banging around by the housekeeping staff. Front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast on the first morning. It's $9.99/person and was very good! Great selection, hot and fresh. The facilities were clean. Our room was pretty standard. Clean and a decent size for the price. The bed was comfortable. We asked for an extra blanket since the comforter was a little too thin. We had to keep the room colder than we'd like it to help fight the humidity. We are from San Antonio so we're somewhat used to it, but a thunderstorm came thr

I have stayed the past week at the Hilton Garden Inn Houston Medical Center and had a stellar experience. We stayed here as a family member had to be at MD Anderson this week. The team at this property and the facilities have been amazing. The first day, we were greeted by Gabriel as our shuttle driver. He is incredibly personable and kind as he helped my parent who has mobility issues. The afternoon shuttle driver, Victor, is also incredibly helpful and was patient helping my parent at the end of the day get into the shuttle. This really warmed my heart as I didn't know what to expect day to day as we came on this trip. Best experience as a Hilton team member staying at this location while visiting Houston. The employees are professional and the lobby was welcoming. I loved the breakfast and also the fact they had free laundry machines. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I had a perfect sunrise view. I'm happy I chose this location and my self and family enjoyed our stay. The gym is also nice. Thanks!

This is the perfect location if youre coming in for the medical center, NRG, Zoo/Hermann Park or just visiting Houston but perfer a quiter less choatic area. Its at the very far corner of the med center while also being about five minutes from NRG. Its quieter and the streets are much wider, making it more comfortable to get to than the dense Med center or NRG area. They have a shuttle that will take you to those places too. Hermann Park (and the trails that take you to the zoo, golf course, Japanese Garden) you just have to cross one street & you are at the trails to those places. I had a very pleasant stay and it was clean, quiet & comfortable. Subway sandwhich shop is right next door. Perfect spot to get a good night's rest. Really enjoyed my stay during the "winter storm" we had! 😄
