Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown South Loop

Decent enough hotel. Actually 2 hotels and 1 staff. Convenient with the Leiya restaurant, which was quite good. I question the sanitary conditions of the jacuzzi on the 8th floor. Dirty, and lots of long hairs along the sides, in the water and on the foam, even though I was one of the very first to use it, one morning. And the pool was not looking that much better. It felt awful. | The staff would not explain how the key worked with the elevator, when I checked in. Otherwise they were friendly and helpful, for the most part. |You can find better hotels in Chicago for lesser money, although I got a great deal through my airline. | The location is good, though. Close to Roosevelt Station. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the immediate area. Room was ok,, nothing to really complain

Loved this hotel for vacation. Hot tub was the highlight, if you go early in the mornings, most weekdays we were the only ones there. Free breakfast is decent! Would totally recommend!! Just make sure the front desk doesn’t accidentally charge you twice for your booking (happened to us)

Overall, our stay was decent and the hotel had a quiet, pleasant atmosphere. Check-in was smooth, and every staff member we interacted with was kind and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were both clean and well-maintained, and while Expedia mentions a hot tub in the fitness center, it’s actually located in the same area as the pool, which was very nice. That said, there were two issues that ultimately impacted our experience. When we first arrived, we noticed hair in the shower. While this may not be a major concern for some, a clean room should also mean a clean bathroom, especially in a space meant for personal hygiene. We notified the front desk, and they were very accommodating, they offered to switch our room or send someone up to clean it. We opted to have housekeeping take care of

Had an excellent stay on 2/18/26. Valet parking is $70 and honestly it's worth it. Valet was a really good guy and took very good care of me. Room was perfect for me, very nice bathroom. All staff were very friendly and the experience overall was awesome.
